Annual general meeting (AGM) is a meeting that EUROBAK involving the member companies to hold. AGM is held in the end of every year to elect the Board of Directors and inform the members about previous and future activities. It is an opportunity for the member companies to got finacial and activity report for the past year and asking any questions regarding the directions the Associtation will take in the future. Any EUROBAK member, entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, can appoint another person (whether a member or not) as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him, having the same right to speak at the AGM.
