Mr. Akdeniz is PwC Managing Partner for Eurasia and is also a member of Central and Eastern European management Board. Prior to his current role, Mr Akdeniz was a member of the Asia 7 Leadership team for PwC (including countries such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indochina and Philippines) based ib Singapore. Mr Akdeniz began his career inLondon with Price Waterhouse in 1984, and was admitted into the partnership in 1992. He has a Masters degree in Business Studies from Bath University, United Kingdom. |  | Bizhan Faramarzi born in 1948 in Iran and has took the following degrees in USA: BA degree in organizational Behavior from Saint Francisco State University in 1973 and MBA from ICMS Harvard Business School in 1977. Bizhan has started his employment history with the National Iranian Oil Company in 1973. From 1991 to 1993 Bizhan has been working as the President of Polygon Sweden Company, engaged in oil industry. From 1993 to present Bizhan has been employed by the International Herald Tribune(IHT) as the Managing Director for Central Asia, Caucasus and Iran. Since 1993 he combines the post of the President of Polygon International, responsible for distribution of major international periodicals and books. |  | David Mashuri David Mashuri is a Principal and Head of Central Asia at Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm with presence in 41 countries. He joined the firm in 2008 as Country Manager, Kazakhstan and was promoted to the current regional role in 2011. Previously, he was managing projects for the real estate consulting firm Scot Holland | CB Richard Ellis and prior to that he held a position of an American Express Card Acquiring Manager at JSC Kazkommertsbank in Almaty, Kazakhstan. |

Galaksi Group is the industrial company located in Almaty since 1993 and the leader producer of plastic profiles, plastic pipes and aluminium profiles in Central Asia. |

Lars has been with the HSBC Group for 15 years and has held various senior positions in the group in 5 different countries, most recently in Latin America for 4 years as Head of Strategy, responsible for the development and implementation of strategy and M&A activities. Prior to that, Lars held the position as deputy CEO for HSBC in Russia and led the development of the Bank’s Corporate and Retail business for 4 years, following upon being deputy CEO for HSBC in Sweden for 5 years. |  | Peter Foster Peter Foster entered the airline industry immediately after graduating from Cambridge University in 1982, as a management trainee of John Swire and Sons (HK) Ltd, the owners of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. From 1982-1999 he served in a variety of management and senior management positions with CPA in Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and Europe, and underwent business management training at INSEAD, France. Mr Foster left Cathay Pacific Airways in 1999 to head up the rehabilitation team of Philippine Airlines Inc. He subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Royal Brunei Airlines from 2002 to 2005 prior to his appointment as President of Air Astana. |
| Victoria Simonova, EUROBAK Secretary Victoria is a partner in SNR Denton's Almaty office with over 14 years 'experience and advises clients on a wide variety of Kazakhstan and international law issues, including energy, corporate, construction, subsurface use, property, anti-monopoly legislation and finance matters. In 2005 graduated Duke University, Durham, North Carolina, USA: LLM. Victoria Simonova is a member of the "Legal Working Group on Matters of Legislation of the Council of Foreign Investors under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" which works closely with the Ministry of Justice and recently drafted changes to the Securities Law and the JSC Law.

Executive Director of EUROBAK has started her career working for European
company and has been working in various sectors including, quality and
verification control programme with the Customs Committee of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, oil & gas at times of massive privatisation process in
Kazakhstan, banking and as of November 1999 is in charge of Secretariat Office
of European Business Association of Kazakhstan working in close contact with
the Government of Kazakhstan, European companies present and planning to have
their business and investment in Kazakhstan, Embassies represented in
Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan Embassies in another countries, the Delegation of the
European Commission in Kazakhstan, various charity and business associations
and chambers of commerce in Kazakhstan as well as world-wide.
